			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Slovak National Museum and Pavol Demes have prepared an exhibition of photographs from those places connected with St. Paul, the Apostle of Nations,  under the name of Pavol from Tarsus.</p>

<p>The exhibition will be made public at the Podhradie Exhibition Pavilion, at 12 Žižkova Street, in Bratislava, from the 5th June until 29th June, 2009, when the Year of St. Paul finishes, as declared last year by the Pope Benedict XVI. on the occasion of the 2000 anniversary of the birth of the 13th Apostle.</p>
<p>Amongst other personalities, Cardinal Jozef Tomko and Commissioner Jan Figel will be present at the opening of the exhibition on the 4th June.</p>

<p><em>Štefánik the Politician, Štefánik the Astronomer, Štefánik the Pilot, Štefánik the Scientist, Štefánik the Son, Štefánik the Fiancé, Štefánik Inspiration, Štefánik the Myth, Štefánik the Outcast</em> – all of these and many other faces of one of the most striking personalities of Slovak history will be revealed by the exhibition: Štefánik – The Man and the Legend.</p>
<p>The Slovak National Museum has prepared this excellent exhibition in co-operation with the Slovak National Archive and Slovak Radio for the 90th jubilee of M. R. Štefánik&#8217;s death.</p>
<p>The exhibition opened on the 6th May and will run until 31st August, 2009, at the Podhradie  Exhibition Pavilion, at 16 Žižkova street, Bratislava</p>

<p><strong>Bratislava, 5th March, 2009</strong> – From the 6th March, 2009, the Slovak National Museum, on Vajanského nábr. in Bratislava, will house a unique exhibition called Šangri-la: India – Nepal – Tibet – Bhutan, which is the premiere in Slovakia!</p>
<p>The exhibition is the result of co-operation between the traveller, photographer and mountain climber, Rudolf Švarícek, Livingstone travel agency, National Geographic and the Slovak National Museum. Visitors will be able to visit Šangri-la, the legendary Eden, until 12th July, 2009.</p>
